Must be licensed Mechanical/Electrical Engineer or equivalent
Must have 5 years of work experience in management of Engineering Department
Ability to supervise and manage employees

Competency
Management skills in the field of Engineering such as maintenance of heavy equipment, building and facilities, powerhouse and substations, and inventory control
Computer literate and able to use standard software such as MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, Project and PowerPoint
Detailed technical knowledge of lifting equipment mechanism, critical components and the appropriate maintenance, inspection and testing of such items
