Senior Accounting Specialist Fulltime

  •  Keep accurate records of incoming and outgoing payments to the organization
  •  Collaborate with team members to provide necessary financial reports to senior-level managers
  •  Handle payroll functions as required by the organization
  •  Review financial information and documents quarterly and annual basis
  •  Assist in the preparation of tax documents for employees
  •  Handle general ledger bookkeeping where necessary
  •  Look for and provide solutions for accounting irregularities
  •  Manage client accounts and payment schedules
  •  Experience in the related field in a food manufacturing firm
  •  Understanding of quality management systems, food standards, laws and regulations, inspection procedures
  •  Excellent leadership and time management skills
  •  Excellent reporting and monitoring skills
  •  Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  •  Willingness to learn new things, highly motivated
  •  Monitoring skills and ability to make decisions, coordinate and direct clearly with all cross functional team
  •  Computer literate, organized and systematic
  •  Can work with less supervision
  •  Can handle pressure and conflict
  •  Good team player
