Qualifications:

  • Preferably with call center Experience
  • Willing to Work Night Shift
  • Active listening, persuasion, and research skills
  • Ambitious, confident and able to take initiative
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
  • Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with customers
Job Description: 

  • Accepting and recording of customer payments
  • Tracking of incoming sales funds
  • Managing payments, chargebacks, processors and other payment related issues.
  • Contact vendors for other marketing services. Requesting of vendor invoices. Processing payments for other marketing services.
