JOB SUMMARY:
- Who can perform his/her tasks with good understanding; can deal with people in a very professional manner; willing to work beyond normal time with several types of warranty related paper works; with high regards to customer satisfaction and relevance of working harmoniously with co employees.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- prepares statement of account for warranty claims.
- update the status of every claims and ensure all other warranty policies are being observed properly.
- secure all replaced warranty parts with the right tag for audit purpose
- prepares and closes service invoice while making sure that the standard is met;
- reviews and counter checks all invoices;
- preparation of product concern reports on the daily basis
- seek approval of warranty claims from FGP warranty section
- evaluate and coordinate to the Service Manager the validity of one’s claim
- preparation of pre- authorization approval if by evaluation there is a need to ask for FGP’s approval
- preparation of warranty claims on the daily basis and submit regularly to FGP to avoid claim rejection
- monitor claims’ approval and rejection
- secure all replaced warranty parts with the right tag for audit purpose
- update the Service Manager as well as the SA regularly the status of every claims and ensure all other warranty policies are being observed properly
- closing of warranty repair orders
- clerical works and under warranty.
JOB SPECIFICATION:
- any four year course preferably management and business course
- computer literate;
- with good communication, time-management and customer handling skills;
- creative, analytical and organized
- excellent comprehension ability and interpersonal skills;
- can work with less supervision.
