Innovuze Solutions, Inc. is in need for a highly driven account-based marketer to join our growing marketing team. Hired applicants will partner closely with process owners across marketing and sales to drive account engagement, pipeline generation, and revenue growth within our highest priority accounts. Responsibilities include:
- Maintain account selection and targeting criteria, in alignment with Product Marketing, Account Based Marketing, and Sales teams.
- Own account targeting list creation
- Create target account lists
- Create and refine targeting techniques, including specific job role targeting
- Work closely with US based sales leaders in determining best accounts to target
- Make initial contacts to target accounts via email or conference call
- Deliver best potential sales contacts to sales leaders
- Own delivery of performance outcomes
- Partner with Analytics team on views into performance by solution area.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Preferably someone who can work in US hours
- Degree in Marketing, Management, or any related course is an advantage
- With 3 years of relevant work experience in marketing or sales
- Experience in marketing and demand generation, ideally account based marketing
- Strong project management skills with proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and cross group collaboration skills
- High attention to detail and able to work within stringent deadlines
- Creative thinking and ability to design and optimize new processes and solutions
- Self-starter with a drive to succeed in a quickly changing business environment
- Comfort with high levels of ambiguity and proven ability to have impact & influence
