Work From Home: Account Manager for Web Development (UK Clients)
Description:
We develop WordPress/WooCommerce websites and are looking for Account Managers to help and guide our UK clients through the development process from start to finish.
Your responsibilities:
● Talking with UK clients over Zoom/Video Calls
● Finding out information needed from client to develop the website (content, images, graphics, design styles)
● Logging website development tasks in our Project Management System
● Communicating with Project Managers to ensure the project is being completed
● Helping clients with questions and problems
● Ensuring clients are very happy and positive
● Doing Upsells/Sales for more development work & advertising services
Skills Needed:
● Perfect written & spoken English
● At least 1 Year experience Account Management
● MUST have worked with UK/US clients in the past
● People person - Confident & Friendly
● Highly organised
● WordPress/WooCommerce general understanding & knowledge - from a user perspec-tive - know how to use the dashboard etc (no coding needed).
● BONUS: Web development/coding background (not required, but a bonus)

Time zone - UK based -
16:30 to 01:30 Philippines time
Working times will change with the daylight savings (+- 1h)
