Supervisor, Technical Services
The successful candidate shall be responsible for ensuring the enforcement of the policies and restrictions of the various real estate projects pertaining to general upkeep, ground maintenance, quality control, monitoring while maintaining good relations with internal and external customers. He will be responsible for preparing the daily and weekly schedule of the Township personnel as well as monitoring the development of their work. The ideal candidate we are looking for shall be:
*A graduate of BS in Civil Engineering, preferably license;
*At least 4 years experience in Housing & Building Construction, Property Custodian, Property Management or Utilities, Operations, and Maintenance experience;
*Know how to drive a 2 and/ or 4 –wheeled vehicles, with valid driver’s license;
*Knowledgeable in various computer applications, especially AUTOCAD operation;
*Can work under pressure and willing to work extended hours when necessary
