JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
- At least 6 months of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably experienced employees specializing in Recruitment in a BPO industry or equivalent.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google applications, especially Excel and Analytics
- Driven, highly-motivated, and can work with minimal supervision
- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong work ethics
- Proactive and works with minimal supervision
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Source qualified candidates to fill positions based on the hiring requirements
- Prescreen applications through resume and demographics review
- Conduct candidate call outs and initial phone screening, and filter candidates for open positions
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Assist the Supervisor and/or the Manager in certain functions, whenever necessary
- Conduct interviews to assess communication skills and gauge job fit for entry level positions (CSRs, TSRs and Sales Agents)
- Administer tests and assist in presenting job offer
