JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
  • At least 6 months of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably experienced employees specializing in Recruitment in a BPO industry or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google applications, especially Excel and Analytics
  • Driven, highly-motivated, and can work with minimal supervision
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and strong work ethics
  • Proactive and works with minimal supervision

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Source qualified candidates to fill positions based on the hiring requirements
  • Prescreen applications through resume and demographics review
  • Conduct candidate call outs and initial phone screening, and filter candidates for open positions
  • Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Assist the Supervisor and/or the Manager in certain functions, whenever necessary
  • Conduct interviews to assess communication skills and gauge job fit for entry level positions (CSRs, TSRs and Sales Agents)
  •  Administer tests and assist in presenting job offer
