JOB TASKS:

  • Answer incoming phone calls from established customers. 
  • Assist customers with all knowledge on products and services. 
  • Resolve customers complaints in a professional manner. 
  • Ensure optimal level of client satisfaction at all times.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 18 years of age and above 
  • Must have completed Senior High School (must be able to provide diploma/certificate)
  • With or without Call Center Experience 
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules (graveyards, weekends, holidays)
  • Has a typing speed of 35 words per minute
  • Willing to work full-time (office-based job)
  • Must NOT be a student/enrolled to any subject
  • Is currently NOT employed
