RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Taking and serving customer’s orders
-Describe and recommend dishes to customers.
-Take orders from customers for food or beverages.
-Remove dishes and glasses from tables or counters, and take them to kitchen for cleaning.
-Clean tables and/or counters after patrons have finished dining.
-Prepare tables for meals, including setting up items such as plates, silverware, and glassware.
-Collect payments from customers
-To demonstrate respect to management and staff while addressing them.
-Help to ensure the smooth running of all guests’ requirements and Standards of Service are maintained at all times.
QUALIFICATIONS:
-At least High school graduate
-With experience is an advantage - but not a prerequisite.
-Communication skills (verbal)
-Decision-making
-Conflict-handling
-Customer Service
