RESPONSIBILITIES:
>Oversees the production process
>Decides what resources are required and who are to coordinate
>Ensures that health and safety guidelines are followed
>Plans and organizes production schedules.
>Estimates costs and sets the quality standards
>Ensures that the products were processed on time and with its standard quality.
>Monitors product standards and implement quality-control programmes.
>Ensures that the production is cost effective and are processed on time especially the raw materials needed by the outlet stores.
>Communicates with Purchasing in terms of the items needed to process production.
QUALIFICATIONS:
>Preferably a graduate of Business Administration / Food Technology
>Experience with the said position is an advantage
>Communications Skills (verbal/written)
>Time Management
>Decision Making
>Transport/distribution/logistics
>Ability to work in a logical, systematic manner.
