Job Title: Technical Sales Engineer/Representative (CWS – CDO, Mindanao)

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Promotion, sales and marketing of 3M Building and Commercial Care Products, (Cleaning, Warehouse and Safety or CWS). 
  • Sells and promotes 3M Building and Commercial Care Products to assigned market segment (Property Managers, Janitorial accounts, Financial Institutions, Malls).
  • Establishes rapport and maintains good business relationship with existing and potential accounts.
  • Increase baseline of customers through consistent product promotion and client prospecting.
  • Plans and submits weekly sales call plan and monthly sales forecast.
  • Prepares and submits sales report/s necessary to monitor business and achieve sales growth.
  • Creates and submits marketing programs and sales contracts to promote customer loyalty and ensure guaranteed sales from identified accounts.
  • Conducts sales negotiation to achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly sales target
  • Performs actual product demonstration to efficiently promote existing and new products lines.
  • Provides after sales service/s to customers as necessary (such as but not limited to emergency delivery of item/s, product installation, assistance on the proper product application and/or usage).
  • Performs such other service/s the company may require from time to time.

Qualifications:

  • Preferably a graduate of a four-year course (business management, engineering or related course)
  • One year of sales experience in related field is an advantage
  • Strong interpersonal skills and experience demonstrating successful customer relationship management.
  • Self-motivated, self-starter and dynamic with good influence skills.
  • Can work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong Time management expertise to ensure KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) are achieved.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication/presentation skills both in Filipino and English.
  • Fast learner with the ability to easily gain product knowledge.
  • Knowledgeable in MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint necessary to complete duties.
