To assist the Sales Manager in leading, directing and motivating the sales team in order to achieve the overall corporate sales objectives.
To assist the Sales Manager in generating sales opportunities by identifying appropriate business targets.
To assist the Sales Manager in providing a professional and excellent level of customer service with existing and new customers.
Supervise sales operations of sales team.
Follow-up leads and samples provided by sales team.
Implement strategies to sell products or services.
Build new customer base to maximize sales.
Retain existing customers by providing prompt customer services.
Supervise and oversee the maintenance of customer databases.
Supervise accounts receivables team in collecting balances.
Supervise field marketing and sales force.
Analyze field reports and prepare sales documents.
Analyze competitor pricing proposals and sales strategies.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or related medical courses.
At least Two (2) years’ supervising experience in Sales and Marketing.
Demonstrated and proven sales results.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Persuasive and goal-oriented.
In-depth understanding of company services and its position in the market.
Excellent customer care and focus; ability to assess customers’ needs and provide correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
