Job Summary
Conducts human resources planning for the entire company; Recruits human resources needed and requisitioned by the other departments and its own; Develops sound recruitment, screening, selection and placement policies and procedures in coordination with the other departments;
- Screens applicants for work and selects the best work applicants
- Prepares the Psychological Profile of applicants
- Conducts the New Hire Orientation (NHO) and the tour around the company premises
- Submits Manpower Complement reports to Acctg. Mgr. for all 3 dealerships
- Does the DOR (headcount)
- Prepares all government-mandated benefits: SSS, HDMF, and Philhealth for all newly hired employees
Qualifications
- A graduate of AB / BS Behavioral Sciences; Human Resource; Psychology;
- With good analytical skills
- With above average interpersonal, planning, leadership, and communication skills.
