Job Description
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
-Checks, posts, updates, and handles reconciliation of accounts receivable.
-Prepares statement of account and account envelopes subject for collection.
-Ensures all invoices for collection are accounted for.
-Evaluates sales orders subject for processing and approval.
-Prepares AR reports and files collection copies
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
-Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s / College Degree of Business Administration
-Proficient in PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
-Proficient in oral and written communication skills.
-Highly motivated and capable of working under pressure.
-At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
