Job Description
-Exhibits a positive, friendly, and helpful attitude with customers and sensitivity to their needs.
-Determines merchandise required by customer and suggests alternative and/or additional items related to the customer’s order.
-Advises customers by providing information on products.
-Receives payment or obtains credit information.
-Keeps clientele informed by notifying them of preferred customer sales and future merchandise of potential interest.
-Maintains counter area displays of merchandise in an orderly and attractive manner.
-Assists and resolves customer complaints.
-Keeps abreast of new product information and upcoming product promotions.
Qualifications:
-College graduate, preferably business, and other related courses.
-Proficient in oral and written communication skills.
-Highly motivated and capable of working under pressure.
-Experience in Sales and Marketing is an advantage
-Accurate and reliable in performing tasks.
