Qualifications:
* Candidates must possess at least Bachelor\‘s/ College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
* At least 2 years working experience in the related field is required.
* Preferably experienced employee specialized in Training & Development or equivalent.
Main Duties:
* Implements plans for learning and development, prepares related materials and logistics.
* Conducts training programs and other Learning and Development events.
* Exercise custody and regular updating of the catalog of learning interventions, learning modules, relevant data, and other pertinent files.
* Performs other task related thereto.
