Job Responsibilities:
• Responsible for preparing and creating a wide variety of goods such as cakes, cookies, pies, bread etc. following traditional and modern recipes
• Responsible in the decorating of pastries using different icings, toppings etc. to ensure the presentation will be beautiful and exciting
• Assigned to the monitoring of stocks for baking ingredients such as flour, sugar etc. and make appropriate orders within budget
Job Qualifications:
• Must be a High School or College Graduate
• Single/Married; Female
• 2-4 years’ experience related to Pastry making or Baking
• Has food handler’s permit or certification from the City Health Office
• Is well disciplined and can work with minimal Supervision
• Good interpersonal, organizational and customer service skills.
• Great attention to detail and creativity
