Qualifications:
- Graduate of BS Chemistry/BS Food Technology
- Female/Male
- With at least 1 year work experience in a manufacturing firm
- Willing to work longer hours
- With Good Moral Character & Strong Analytical Background
Technical:
- With background/experience in Food Product Safety, Product Sample Preparation, Taste Threshold Determination and Product Benchmarking
- Has adequate skills in Raw/Packaging Materials Specification Conformance and Investigation, Sensory Evaluation of product and Breakage Determination
- Applies competency in providing close supervision and monitoring of the proper and efficient implementation of receiving inspection procedures
Business Leadership:
- Has broad skills and experience in Facilitating Change, Strategic Leadership, leading teams, managing Performance, Industry Understanding and Managing Resources
- Effectively and independently applies Business Knowledge and Industry Understanding
