Job Description

  • 1. Record the attendance - Ensuring the attendance of the employees that those who have logged in must log out according to the proper time.
  • 2. general services - Some jobs that might need some adjustment  to fulfill to accomplish the job. 
  • 3. minimal cleaning - Some cleaning might be required if the janitor is unavailable.
  • 4. Messenger - Running errands like banks, groceries, and site visitations.
  • 5. Officer in charge - Will have to act as the acting manager if the authorities aren't around.
