- Graduate of 4-year BS Fisheries or other related courses
- Honest
- Able to work with minimum supervision
- Able to interact with people at all levels
- Willing to undergo training
- Willing to be assigned anywhere in the Philippines
- Must be computer literate e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Must learn how to drive
