Responsibilities:
- Taking and serving customer’s orders
- Gives constant attention to the customer’s needs
- Adhere to the standard service sequence
- Escort customers to their designated rooms and/or tables
- Describe and recommend dishes to customers.
- Prepare tables for meals, including setting up items such as plates, silverware, and glassware.
- Prepare rooms
- Clean tables and/or counters after patrons have finished dining.
- Collect payments from customers
- Check with customers to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems.
- Help to ensure the smooth running of all guests’ requirements and Standards of Service are maintained at all times.
Qualifications:
- At least High school graduate
- With experience is an advantage - but not a prerequisite.
- Communication skills (verbal)
- Decision-making
- Conflict-handling
- Customer Service
- Willing to be trained in Cebu City
