To supervise the Production Crew in their daily tasks and ensures that they adhere to standard requirements in producing quality products in the production area. Makes daily projection based on the approved sales target
Duties and Responsibilities:
Manages the day-to-day activities within the Production area during his/her assigned shift according to the objectives of the department and the vision and mission of the company
Monitors and evaluates the performance of the Production Crew in accomplishing their assigned tasks and ensure that these are done efficiently, on time, cost-effectively and according to the established standards of the company for Production
Supervises the crew in maintaining sanitation and cleanliness in the Production Area
Supervises the crew in ensuring that quality of products and the established standards are met. Conducts proper quality inspection of all products
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
Graduate of any (4) four year business or management course
At least two years Supervisory or related experience
With experience in baking is an advantage
Well organized and can prepare plans and projection
Excellent Oral and Written Communication skills
Computer Literate
Highly Motivated, Innovative, Creative, Imaginative, Flexible and Dynamic
