Duties & Responsibilities:
• Oversee the accurate monitoring and warehousing of inventory items to avoid product shortage.
• Balancing accuracy and reviewing inventory counts.
• Tracking & updating stocks both on sheets & computerized system
• Process PR (Purchase Request) for stock items below minimum inventory level.
• Monitor outstanding/overdue PR and collaborate with purchaser for order status.
• Verifying periodically the matching between physical quantities in stocks with those indicated in the database and undertaking the necessary corrective measures in case of discrepancies.
• Adhere to strict accounting procedures when inputting essential data on all materials handled.
• Liaise with releasing and receiving personnel to ensure the necessary items are in stock
• Review and check endorsed Bill of Material (BOM) in terms of availability and prepare of Purchase Request (PR) for non-stock items.
• Order necessary parts as needed for vehicle/component repairs.
• Performs miscellaneous duties, which are work-related, as assigned.
