This position serves as a liaison between the dealership and HR Central. Primarily responsible for preliminary screening, selection and placement of applicants, as well as coordination of the required services relative to benefits, socials, sports, recreational programs and interest clubs and recognition programs assigned to the dealership.
- Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Human Resource Management, Psychology, or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): good interpersonal skills, above average written and oral communication skills, knowledge of interview techniques, service and results oriented, flexible and approachable, quick study, project management
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field
