URGENT HIRING: Human Resource Generalist
Qualifications:
- Graduate of BS Psychology, Human Resource Development or related field
- With at least one (1) year experience in Human Resources such as but not limited to:
- I. Providing human resources services such as: Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Training & Development, Personnel Administration, Employee Relations and Records Management
- II. Assists with the development and administration of programs, procedures and guidelines to help align with the workforce and strategic goals of the company
- High energy with a positive, customer-centric attitude
- Outstanding communication skills (oral and written) and with desire to work with internal/external customers
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
