Job Qualifications:
Candidate must be at least HS graduate with 6 months of BPO experience, SHS graduate, vocational diploma/short course certificate (1 year), bachelor's/college degree, or in any field.
Excellent English communication skills.
Customer service account experience is an advantage.
Must be sharp and aggressive.
Computer literate with at least 35 wpm typing skills.
