Maintenance Personnel Fulltime

at Sabal Hospital Inc.
  • Checks and repairs all hospital fixtures and facilities (e.g. TV\\\' sets, decoders, electric fans and other appliances)
  • Checks and cleans air-condition units at least 1-3 units a day
  • Checks and repairs defective lights and fixtures including emergency lights
  • Checks and repairs any plumbing problems, water leakages, electrical wirings and switches to insure safety;
  • Checks on fire alarm system and fire extinguishers
  • Conducts frequent inspection and preventive maintenance on the hospital elevator
  • Conducts water analysis every six months
  • In charge of the maintenance of the hospital ambulance and hospital owned utility vehicle
  • In charge for the maintenance of hospital generator
  • Records repairs in the maintenance logbook
  • For assigned ambulance drivers, in-charge of ambulance vehicle and transportation
  • Does other necessary functions relative to their area
