Job Description/Responsibilities:
Housekeeping department is the backbone of the hotel. A huge percentage of guest satisfactory is heavily dependents on how clean the rooms area. It is important for housekeeping attendants to be very detailed-oriented when it comes to cleaning the rooms.
1. Thoroughly cleans all assigned rooms for the day.
2. Handles minor maintenance per room, such as changing the light bulbs, changing the batteries of remote controls, etc.
3. Clean the public area every so often.
4. May be assigned to the laundry department.
5. In charge of reporting illegal activities that may occur in the room.
6. Responsible reporting lost and found items.
