  • Architectural, Civil, and Mechanical drafting using Auto Cad application 
  • Capable of material estimation and cost estimates 
  • Can manage project implementations 
  • With excellent communication skills and is proficient in Microsoft Application (excel, word, ppt) 
  • Willing to work overtime or as advised by his immediate head. 
  • Responsible, can work under pressure and with less supervision  
  • Physically fit and hard working 
  • Willing to be assigned at Upper Puerto, Cagayan de Oro City
