General Scope of Work:

  •   Welcomes and assist customers by identifying needs and presenting appropriate products and services.  
  • Prepares necessary documents  
  • Handle customer inquiries  
  • Report maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries. 


  •  Bachelor's degree in any field, preferably Business-related: e.g. Management, Marketing. 
  • Fresh graduates, vocational graduates, or college-level (2 years) may apply 
  • Computer literate (Typing, Microsoft Office) 
  • Willing to be trained; able to memorize wide range of products and prices 
  • Confident, pleasing personality 
  • Strong communication skills 
  • Passionate about customer service 
  • Flexible, able to multi-task 
  • Team Player
