Responsible for the maintenance and enhancement of a custom web based electronic signature and digital document application, built using the Symfony2 Framework.
Design, develop, prototype and test our current system and new modules using Symfony2 best practice development patterns and following design briefs
Continuous deployment, integration and maintenance of code
Provide technical expertise when working on new modules/features/apis
Analysis of current programs including performance, diagnosis and troubleshooting, and recommendation of solutions to bugs and other issues
Work with technology directors to establish solid, scalable and reliable software
Contribute to system architectures at points of integration between Drupal and other applications/services
Design, Code and Unit Test PHP code within and outside of Drupal environment
Ensuring development process is followed
Ensuring Quality in source code and final product
Tasks include contribution to:
Project Estimation for maintenance and new projects
Definition of project requirements
Creation of development task lists or backlogs
Creation of technical documentation
Qualifications:
Computer or IT-related course graduate.
Solid Understanding of Data Schemas and Integrity
Laravel and Symfony experience is a must
Drupal 7 or 8, including Custom Modules
MySQL Databases, including experience with addressing scalability and replication
RESTful API Services
Continuous Delivery, GitLab, Jenkins etc.
Git and Repository Management
Docker, Containerization and Orchestration
Familiarity with Cloud Service Providers: Acquia, Google Cloud, AWS
Must be a team player and communicator.
Interest in subscriptions, ecommerce, mobile experiences, financial products
Must perform in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to self-direct if necessary
