SALES ENGINEER - MINDANAO (DAVAO-BASED) - SPECIALTY LUBRICANTS AND GREASE DIVISION
It is preferred if the candidate has prior experience transacting with the following idustries:
- Sugar Mills
- Coconut Oil Mills
- Food and Beverage
- Can Seaming Industry (Tuna)
- Power
Compensation and Benefits:
- Basic salary of P20,000 to P25,000 per month - dependent on qualifications and experience in sales
- Straight sales commissions on sales, PLUS commission BONUS for attaining of monthly target
- Use of company car - fuel, toll, and maintenance are covered by the company
- Will be provided cell phone line and unit, laptop, and internet access
- Medical coverage after 1 year of employment
- Internal and External Training on Lubrication and Salesmanship

The successful candidate will be tasked to:
- Solicit sales from new clients
- Service and maintenance relationships with existing customers
- Perform product demonstration and trial evaluations
- Create reports for Management
- Cover Davao, General Santos City, and Cagayan De Oro areas
The Sales Engineer must possess the following:
- Experience in lubricant sales or industrial selling is an advantage
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree/College Degree in Engineering (Chemical / Mechanical / Material Science / Metal Fabrication / Mechatronic / Electromechanical) or equivalent
- Must be willing to travel, and must know how to drive
- Must be familiar with common business software
