Job Responsibilities:
- Assists in the implementation of the marketing plans and promotions for the Bakery branches to increase sales revenue.
- Responsible in the attainment of approved Sales target.
- Creates plans for gaining customers and retaining them.
- Creates plans for engaging target market.
Job Qualifications:
- Graduate of Marketing or any Business related course
- At least 1-2 years’ experience in Sales and Marketing work.
- Has undergone trainings/seminar on Salesmanship, customer service and other sales related training
- Must show Excellent English/Filipino communication skills (both verbal and nonverbal)
- Has strong work ethics and follows company policies and general rules set forth by a company
- Responsible, dependable and has positive attitude
- Has Good interpersonal, organizational and customer service skills.
- Resourceful and well-organized.
