Job Description:
• Prepares progress billing
• Prepares subcontractor’s billing
• Prepares progress report needed by consultant
• Supervises preparation of shop drawings
• Provides technical assistance to sub-contractors
• Prepares work requests and transmittal
• Issues material requests needed by sub-contractors
• Updates daily weather chart record
• Performs other relevant tasks that maybe assigned from time to time
Qualifications:
• Licensed Civil Engineer
• Male
• At least 28 years old
• With at least 3 years work experience in the same capacity or equivalent
• Good interpersonal relation skill
• Good communication skill
• Physically and mentally healthy
• Good moral character
