Job Description:
Prepares progress billing
Prepares subcontractor’s billing
Prepares progress report needed by consultant
Supervises preparation of shop drawings
Provides technical assistance to sub-contractors
Prepares work requests and transmittal
Issues material requests needed by sub-contractors
Updates daily weather chart record
Performs other relevant tasks that maybe assigned from time to time
Qualifications & Requirements:
Licensed Civil Engineer
Male
At least 28 years old
With at least 3 years work experience in the same capacity or equivalent
Good interpersonal relation skill
Good communication skill
Physically and mentally healthy
Good moral character
