Job Description:

• Receive all payables from all department and forward it to Cebu Accounting 
  
• Entry all expenses in Prime System 
  
• Make monthly report for all purchases of the month 
  
• Encash all checks for Autocentral Inc. and withdraw petty cash fund for Service 
  
• Perform other tasks assigned by management 
  

Job Qualification:

• Female, below 30 years old 
  
• Graduate of BS Accountancy or Accounting Technology 
  
• With experience in Payables is an advantage but not required 
  
• Knows how to use Microsoft Excel 
  
• Deadline oriented and keen to details
