Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Agricultural, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering or equivalent (license is not required)
With at least 10-12 years experience in managing feedmill operations (production, warehousing, inventory, logistics, personnel management)
Must have above average leadership and people handing or managing skills
Proficient on computer use and knowledgeable in Programmable Logic Control (PLC)
Highly responsible with positive working attitude.
Preferrably residing in Cagayan de Oro and Misamis Oriental
