HIRING: HUMAN RESOURCE GENERALIST
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be a graduate of BS- Psychology, Human Resource Development or related field
- With at least (1) year experience in HR work such as but not limited to: Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Training & Development, Employee Relations and Personnel Administration
- High energy with a positive, customer-centric attitude
- Outstanding communication skills (oral and written) and desire to work with external/internal customers
- Strong Microsoft Office Skills
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Willing to travel to Visayas and Mindanao from time to time
