Territory Account Manager Fulltime

Job Summary:

Develops strong relationships with customers, connecting with key business executives and preparing sales reports and internal documents. Liaises with customers and cross-functional internal teams; ensures the timely and complete delivery of solutions according to customer requirements with the aim of improving the entire customer experience. Ideal candidate should be able to identify customer needs and exceed client expectations.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Information Technology
  • At least two (2) years work experience in account management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • For Senior TAM position, preferably with relevant IT sales experience or in solutions integration
