BASIC FUNCTION
- Responsible in determining the most effective ways to use basic factors of the production such as the manpower, machines, materials, methods, and information. Also responsible in providing industrial engineering support and services to the plant operations on manufacturing standards, performance, quality systems and projects.
QUALIFICATIONS
- A graduate of Industrial Engineering
- At least two (2) years work experience in the same field
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED
- Knowledgeable in methodologies, processes and technologies
- Has good communication skills and able to effectively speak with managers and customers
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Has keen eyes for details with high analytical thinking
- Ability to write reports and correspondence clearly and effectively
