Candidates’ Qualifications:
- * At least 18 years old
- * Average to Excellent English communications Skills
- * College grad/ at least 2 years College Undergrad/ High School Grad/ SHS Grad
- * Amenable to work for 8 hours
- * Must be enthusiastic and conversant
- * Willing to work in a shifting schedule
- * Can do multi-tasking
- * Able to type 35 words per minute

- * Maintain a competent and polite temperament when conversing with consumers and peers
