BRANCH HR STAFF
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible in Hiring and Recruiting new applicants
Responsible in maintaining 201 files of employees both soft and hard copies
Responsible in monitoring expiration of Probationary and Contractual Employment contracts per month for all departments and concession outlets.
Responsible in monitoring the change of employment status of personnel
Responsible in implementing procedures in the event of any infraction from the Company Rules and Regulations
Performs other tasks as may be required by the Management
QUALIFICATIONS:
Female not more than 30 years old
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor s/College Degree in Psychology or HRDM Preferably 1-2 years experienced employees specializing in Human Resource or equivalent
Highly analytical
Excellent in Written and Oral communication with interpersonal skills
Must be objective thorough and prepared in all facets of Recruitment
Honest, hardworking and patient.
Prompt in meeting with deadlines and can work under pressure.
