- BS Architecture or similar course
- License is not required but an advantage
- Proficient in MS Application and Auto Cad
- Can work on flexible schedule

- Knowledge in basic algebra and geometry which is used in calculating figures and amounts including the discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area circumference and volume;
