Assistance Financial Controller Fulltime

As a Financial Controller you will be responsible for the Finance team and ensuring that all financial controls are in place to produce accurate management accounts within the timescale set by the company. You will also be responsible for completing revenue audits, administering and running the monthly payroll, controlling the company bank account, preparing month end journals and balance sheet reconciliation. Plus the accurate and timely preparation of revenue and statistical reports combined with the sequential control of documentation. You will be an excellent and confident communicator with exceptional people skills and the ability to develop your team to deliver an outstanding product and guest service. You will be passionate about your team and have previous experience of training or leading within a similar role in a quality hotel environment. You must be fully or part qualified in a recognised accounting qualification with good Excel skills, a working knowledge of payroll software along with an exceptional attention to detail.
