  •  Contribute in the implementation of marketing strategies and plans 
  •  Support marketing and documentation policies  
  • Assist both agents and clients in their housing needs 
  • Evaluate clients capacity to avail housing 
  • Received and prepare documents for client housing loan processing 
  • Creating and developing new innovative ways to communicate the company message to their existing customers
  • Planning, developing and implementing effective marketing communication campaigns
  • Planning and organizing promotional presentations; updating calendars.
