QUALIFICATIONS

  • Candidate must posses Bachelors Degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, Biology or equivalent
  • Has atleast 6 months experienced in Manufacturing set-up
  • Knowledgeable with basic food principles
  • Has background in Microbiology and cGMP, ISO, HACCP System
  • Highly motivated can work independently 
  • Has self discipline and good working attitude
  • Outstanding work ethics, comitted and pro active

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • In process monitoring from processing to finished product
  • In process inspection and assess line cleanliness prior start-up
  • Strict implementation of cGMP in the product line and plant vicinity
  • Monitor operations to ensure that they meet product standards
  • Perform other activities as directed by superior
