- Responsible for the coordination of all marketing activities of the Company.
- Develops marketing concepts, objectives, materials, advertisements, program press releases and other events approved by senior management.
- Provides guidance and coordinates with the tenants; ensures that tenants will follow rules and regulations specified by the management.
- Responsible in Organizing Events & Promotions to bring in ground.
- Ensures that the area is well-maintained.
Requirements:
- Male between 23 to 48 years old, Single or Married
- Must be a graduate of any Business related course
- With at least one (1) year relevant experience
- Can work under pressure and particular with meeting deadlines
- Computer literate, good in oral and written communication, driving skill is advantage
- Highly analytical and detail-oriented
- Honest and trustworthy
