JOB DESCRIPTION:
-Handles social media marketing updates (bookings and inquiries)
-Accept reservations (walk in and phone calls)
-Update and implement monthly promotions
-Coordinates with the supervisors and managers regarding any concerns within organization
-Prepares and organizes monthly customer reservation database
-Communicates to customers regarding any concerns and queries
QUALIFICATIONS:
-Graduate of any marketing
-With excellent communications skills (verbal and written)
-With excellent customer service skills
-Preferably with experience on the related field
