TECHNICAL SUPPORT STAFF:

  • Assist employees to identify and troubleshoot technical problems
  • Install and configure company computer hardware, operating systems, and applications.
  • Maintain and monitor computer hardware and networks.
  • Test and evaluate new technology and systems.


Qualifications:

  • B.S. Information Technology or related field
  • Above average English verbal and written communication skills
  • Willing to work overtime and travel as needed
